Pinc is a Silverdale-based graphic design and printing studio offering both digital and foil printing services, and we manufacture various paper products. We are known for our unique print finishes and excellent execution, and we are looking for someone who has a passion for producing a quality product. You will be working alongside 4 other team members in existing design and production roles. We love having a laugh, finding a random playlist for the day, and when people bring snacks. No previous experience in this industry is necessary. You will need to be willing to learn, technically minded, and have an interest in machines. Experience working with machinery is an advantage but not necessary – machine operation is taught on site. This is a fast-paced environment and you will be expected to pick things up quickly.

Tasks include –
Operating foil stamping machines 
Operating the guillotine and the Duplo (Creaser, Cutter, Slitter)
Operating digital die cutter + manual die cutter
Printing
Assembling print work

Hours –
Full time, 40 hours. Pinc operates Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 5 pm.

Applicants must…
Have excellent attention to detail + take a lot of pride in their work
Be able to follow instructions well
Be able to work independently as well as in a small team
Have great work ethic + be willing to learn
Be computer literate
Have a reasonable level of fitness/physical ability 
Speak good English
Be legally allowed to work in NZ

We have a 10 year old and an 13 year old who will be around at times (mostly after school). If you don’t like children you need not apply.
